Black seven in Portihead today, who was it?

A Black 7 with two white stripes running front to back, passed me in Portishead this afternoon.    Who was it?
Nice to see another 7 in my neck of the woods.

I think I have seen it in the car park by the Co-op. If I see it again I will certainly wait or leave a note.

I notice on the members list there is a person called 'Pembly Mike, listed in Portished. Does anyone know him?
