Took advantage of the sun and took the roof off the GTM. What a blast. It was great, the engine noise that I was sadly missing made a triumphant return. Getting a bond with the car now although the gear changes are still abit hit and miss. Oh well you can't have it all. Looking forward to the meet on the 18th.

Was a superb day for it !

I cut the grass and sanded another panel, just not the same as driving the kit toy around.

Got to keep up the chores to justify working on the car. I took the car out then cut the grass. Seems like alot of you really do some major rebuilding over the winter months.

Yep a bit of sunshine and it really brings home the pleasures of driving a kit car :)

I certainly dont intend to do quite as much work on mine next winter.

Look forward to seeing you.

Getting too hot in Arizona to have the top down! Heading back to Wales next week. Hopeing to meet some of the members at Stoneleigh in May.

My car is still stuck on the Robin Hood factory Nr Nottingham (suspension alterations).... it should have been completed weeks ago. O well.
I'm ringing them on Wednesday when I hope it will be finished, could collect Thursday and then all ready for the PistonHead event on the weekend. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Felt that in California a few times, no matter how fast you go the air is just too hot to cool you down :o
