Although its quite sad seeing most of them get destroyed, you've got to wonder how some of these people remember to breathe without instructions...

I always think the public see the kit or classic car owner as an 'enthusiast' and someone who is interesting, talented & approachable, which is why they generally want to talk and inquire.

Whereas with the flashing 'modern' super car the public are more likely to look away with raised eyebrows, because they see the owner as unapproachable, aloof and possibly irresponsible. I guess this video does goes some way to enforcing that point, which is a shame.

I actually love modern super cars so I am not running them down, but I have known people with such modern cars who have ended up selling them for this very reason.

My though for the day............

Footballers are among the few that can afford supercars and are among the worst offenders. Peter Crouch has 21 points, Tevez 18. When they get caught for bad driving, speeding ect, a £1000 fine to them is like a fiver to the rest of us. Unfortunately the only qualification needed to drive a supercar is the money to buy one.
