At one of our outings last year in Cheddar ,I met a guy with a lovely Red Bulldog.  Very heavily modified.

If that chap reads this, can he let me know how he did the rear disc converstion on his Cortina Axle?  I have access to a Type B axle to play with, I can then change later in year.

Thanks

Mark

That will probably be Martin (Reluctant)

He pops in from time to time, drop him a PM.

Heres his profile http://bristolkitcarclub.co.uk/smf2/index.php?action=profile;u=37

Failing that, I will be seeing him soon so will pass on your message.

I had a quick word with Martin today and asked him the question. He said the was a fair bit of welding and fabrication involved. Also some machining of parts were req. Drive shafts needed work too. He didnt make it sound like an easy job.

He's not too well with at the moment with a back injury, poor chap, but hopfully he will take a look at the forum and see your post Mark.

Thanks Phil.

Not an issue when it comes to welding and machining.  Plus I have brought a spare axle to work on, then when complete I change over easily.
